Shipping and returns.

Shipping

We ship everywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is $6.95, free on orders over $100. Orders are poured and packed by us and ship within 3 to 5 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when it goes out.

We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the US, email us and we will let you know when we do.

Returns and exchanges

Fragrance is personal. If a scent is not right for you, email Oudtik.scents@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange an exchange for another scent of the same size. Opened bottles can be exchanged once. We cannot refund opened fragrance.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we will replace it, no questions asked.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never touch our servers.
